Net Generation

Tennis isn't just a game—it's a game-changer for youth. Studies show that young tennis players excel in school, aim for college, and develop strong community values. Plus, tennis builds essential life skills like focus and executive function, setting them up for success far beyond the court.

About Net Gen

With the USTA American Development Model (ADM), players can compete at their appropriate age and skill level. Our programs are tailored with various levels, formats, and schedules to support the growth and development of junior players. It all starts with the Red/Orange/Green (R/O/G) program, which uses low-compression balls, smaller racquets, and courts designed for immediate success, helping players build strong foundations for long-term success.

Junior Circuit

Ready to jump into individual match play? Start with USTA Junior Circuit events! These fun, non-ranking tournaments give players the chance to gain match experience in a relaxed setting.

While no USTA ranking points are awarded, players ages 10 and under can still earn PlayTracker points. These one-day events, lasting just two to four hours, feature non-elimination round-robin play and are open to all players ages 7-18 who can serve, rally, and keep score.

Once you've found success in the Junior Circuit, it's time to move up to Level 7 USTA Junior Tournaments, where you can start earning national ranking points!

Early Development
Camp

USTA Southwest Early Development Camps are an exciting first step on the USTA Player Development Pathway. We bring together talented 10 & Under players from across the section, who are already competing in Junior Circuit tournaments, to train and play together.

These one-day camps, crafted by USTA High Performance Player Development and led by local USTA-trained coaches, focus on fundamentals and overall athletic growth. With an emphasis on fun and learning, players also have the chance to earn PlayTracker points through match play. If you're dedicated, talented, and have a great attitude, this is the camp for you!
