Through our Net Generation Schools program and the incredible efforts of our community partners/providers, thousands of schoolchildren have discovered the joy of tennis.

Tennis Providers
A tennis provider is anyone that teaches, organizes, or promotes tennis to youth and adult players. Think of it as the folks behind the scenes. If you're looking to make tennis happen, then we're here to help you! USTA Phoenix is excited to support organizations that bring tennis to young players across our region. Through National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) chapters, we offer tennis, wellness, and educational programs to under-resourced youth. Additionally, our Community Tennis Associations (CTA) are dedicated volunteer groups that make tennis accessible to all.

Grants & Resources
USTA Phoenix is excited to offer a variety of grants and resources to support organizations bringing tennis to communities in powerful and creative ways. We've expanded our grant opportunities to include schools, youth groups, parks and rec centers, and other community providers.
To apply, you'll need an active USTA organizational membership, strong community backing, and an innovative program that reaches underserved locations or demographics. If you're working with youth, make sure your staff is USTA Safe Play-approved. Join us in making tennis accessible to everyone!

Coaching
USTA Phoenix is on a mission to cultivate a diverse and dynamic coaching community in tennis. We're passionate about helping individuals from all backgrounds discover their love for coaching, offering them the training and resources needed to thrive in this field. Our programs are designed to guide you every step of the way, from igniting your passion to obtaining your USPTA/PTR certification. With our workshops, resources, and hands-on support, you’ll be well-equipped to launch a successful coaching career in tennis.
Tennis in Schools
The USTA is prepared to provide school teachers and staff the necessary items for them to successfully teach tennis in schools. Our schools program is all about empowering teachers and school staff with the tools they need to introduce tennis to students in a fun and supportive way. Thanks to this initiative, thousands of Phoenix students are now enjoying tennis as a key part of their in-school experience.
